3 step process to success

1) on camera, start wireless function
2) on your phone, open wifi setting and select the Fuji wifi
3) now open Fuji app on your phone and connect.

If any step fails. Close app and power down camera and start again.

Lots of trial and error too it worked perfectly for me.
